For instance, if you choose a 10-week half marathon plan and your race is eight weeks away, we will start you two weeks into the plan. Should your race date happen to arrive within the duration of a specific plan we will start you on the appropriate week. Plans are also built around how many hours per week you can dedicate to training, so take that into consideration. Plans are 6-12 weeks long and start dates can be customized based on an upcoming race.
